Introduction to Healing Breath Healing Breath is more than a new way of breathing; it is a new way of seeing how our breathing can actually work, and supporting that. It is a way to bring out the potential that lies within our normal, everyday breathing. It does this by offering a new perspective on breathing which will influence the way we breathe. This in turn will affect the way we see things and both together will change how we are in this world. And finally this potentially has a definite beneficial influence on our body. There are numerous breathing techniques that have been discovered or devised. Many of these are powerful agents of change that can bring about positive and desired results in one's life. Healing Breath differs from these in working only with the way we breathe normally. It is a simple way of breathing that is not done apart from everyday life, and that is easy to learn and apply.
My discovery of Healing Breath came to me as an unexpected gift, and to keep the cycle going I pass this gift on to you. In trying it out, I hope you will come to receive some of its benefits and see its worth. If you do and you find it useful, my only request is that you pass it on to others, making it possible for them to also receive some of the benefits it offers. This way the circle can continue and come to include more people who will be connected with each other in this special way.
